Soul Pancake partnered with the National Domestic Workers Alliance and Seventh Generation to begin an important conversation about the rights and dignity of domestic workers. We created a social media campaign that brought visibility to domestic workers working conditions and provided a solution to improve them with Alia; an online platform that allows them to have basic working rights like paid time off and much-needed sick days.
